Ashmore Consulting LLC provides a referral and connection service between pharmacies and licensed pharmacy professionals, including pharmacists, pharmacists-in-charge (PICs), and related roles. We do not employ candidates and do not act as a staffing agency or employer.
- NO EMPLOYMENT RELATIONSHIP
Ashmore Consulting LLC is not the employer of any candidate presented through our platform. Any employment or contractual relationship is solely between the pharmacy and the candidate.
- NO GUARANTEE
We do not guarantee the qualifications, licensure status, performance, or suitability of any candidate. All information provided is based on data submitted by candidates and/or publicly available sources. It is the responsibility of the pharmacy to verify all credentials, licensure, and background information.
- USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Pharmacies agree to:
- Conduct their own due diligence
- Verify licenses and credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Candidates agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Maintain current licensure and qualifications
- FEES
Fees for services may apply and will be outlined in a separate agreement or communication. Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to any placement or introduction.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashmore Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to:
- Hiring decisions
- Candidate performance
- Misrepresentation of information by users
- INDEMNIFICATION
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashmore Consulting LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their use of the services.

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The information and services provided by Ashmore Consulting LLC do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.
Ashmore Consulting LLC acts solely as a referral platform, facilitating introductions between independent parties. We do not employ, supervise, control, or direct any candidates, and we do not guarantee or warrant any candidate’s qualifications, licensure status, accuracy of information, or performance. All hiring decisions, background checks, credential verification, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations are the sole responsibility of the hiring entity. Ashmore Consulting LLC provides referral and consulting services nationwide; however, services may be subject to specific state and local laws and regulations. Ashmore Consulting LLC reserves the right to limit, modify, or decline services in any jurisdiction where regulatory requirements apply or where the company determines compliance cannot be reasonably met. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to hiring, licensing, and employment. Certain jurisdictions may require additional registrations, disclosures, or agreements prior to providing services.
